Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate of $7 will be charged. We ship all orders within 2-5 business days and provide tracking information once the order has been shipped. We are committed to delivering our products to you in the best condition possible. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Sticks & Stones. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund or exchange process. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
