REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any jewelry purchased through stickxandstones.com.

For all repair inquiries, email stickxandstones2@gmail.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If your piece can be repaired, you will need to send it in.

Make sure you use a trackable service and protect your jewelry with proper packaging.

Repairs take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Less than 60 days after purchase is FREE
More than 60 days is subject to repair fee.

*Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Due to the nature of my products, I may not be able to order certain components or stones needed to repair older or discontinued items.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges. I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Jewelry Care & Cleaning

All of my jewelry is handcrafted from all-natural materials, including gemstones, lava stones, pearl and sterling silver. Just as you are thoughtful in nature, you must also be thoughtful with your item that came from nature.
Each piece is unique and requires specific care. Certain minerals can be scratched or broken, based on their hardness classification (Mohs' scale). Some stones can also be water soluble, light-sensitive, and/or heat-sensitive. And metals can naturally tarnish or dull with wearing over time. All jewelry requires some maintenance for long-lasting beauty and quality.

Tips:
-Always roll your bracelet on and off. This is extremely important as pulling can cause stretching.
-Avoid getting your bracelet wet by wearing it in the shower, swimming, or cleaning. This deteriorates the elastic and causes stretching and ultimately breaking.
-Always avoid high heat for any jewelry containing gemstones. Do not wear when cooking and never store near a sunny window. This can cause color bleaching and cracks in natural stones.

Cleaning:
-Use a clean, soft cotton cloth to polish gemstones. A coarse cloth or chemicals may scratch, or damage, natural stones, pearls, crystals and some metals.
-Put jewelry on after bathing, applying lotions, perfume and hair products to avoid build up and damage.

Wipe body oils, makeup and hair spray from jewelry after each wearing.
-Store your jewelry in a cool, dry location away from other jewelry or contaminants.
-For sterling silver: Use polishing cloth for silver.
